I can conculde : USA are always very numeros in shop, first time I see Russian Dumps and are not very expensive for 201, France are numeros and not expensive for 201 (there is a lot in underground shop) maybe we have a lot of french criminal or russian/romania in my country.
If you want Eu 101, all card is expensive 55$ for 1 isreael 101 when you buy 100, I found this expensive
